Q: When will my order ship?
A: Currently I am moving the shop to in stock only no more made to order. If you place an order your items will ship in 3-5 days typically. Currently I am experiencing a heavy work load at my regular job and shipping may be delayed slightly.
Q: Can you make me X head or accessory?
A: I am always open to suggestions but am not currently taking commissions for custom products not offered in the shop.
Q: Is this item painted?
A: I will have painted items from time to time and the listing will reflect that. If the item doesn't say painted it will come unpainted.
Q: What paints do you recommend for your items?
A: I recommend using model acrylic paint. Vallejo game and model color lines are my favorites but other lines like citadel, army painter and reaper work great. I do no recommend using cheap art store acrylics like folk art and apple barrel.
Q: I sent you a DM on Instagram/Facebook why haven't you responded?
A: I get around 100 messages a day on those platforms and can't keep up a lot of the time. The best way to have a question answered is by emailing me through the site.
Q: When is this item going to be back in stock?
A: When I get around to making more the item will be restocked. I work a full time job and have a family that I like to spend time with outside of hobby stuff. Please be patient and wait for the item to be restocked. I will make announcements through my Instagram stories when I restock items.
Q: I broke an item after receiving it can you send me a replacement?
A: I am not responsible for items that a customer breaks after receiving it. Parts sold in my shop are made for customizers who are willing to modify items for their figure of choice. By buying from my shop you take fitting and modifying into your own hands and with that comes taking responsibility for damaging an item. I will work with you to fix or get a discounted replacement but simply can't afford to replace items that a customer breaks. If the item was damaged in shipping I will gladly replace that item.
